Jacqueline is a leader in the seminar, conference and training industry, having produced quality industry seminars and conferences both in Australia and overseas over more than 20 years. This has included the research, writing and production of over 100 legal seminars for lawyers’ CLE / MCLE including school law, retail and commercial leasing, food law, film law, advertising and marketing law, contracts, administrative law and personal injury law. Jacqueline also produced a highly successful Water Symposium over a number of years and other industry events, including large energy and mining conferences attended by Federal Ministers and industry CEOs.

Alex Hartmann is a Partner at global law firm Baker & McKenzie, regularly engaging in high-profile construction matters. Alex advises on topics and programmes for LawSense events, particularly in building and construction law.
Peter Rutter graduated from Arts/law in 1991 and practiced in industrial relations and employment law until 2002, when he moved to Chicago to work with United Airlines. He returned to Sydney in 2013 as United’s Director for Human Resources – Asia Pacific, responsible for 14 countries. Peter has a deep knowledge of Australian IR & employment law and US and Asia Pacific HR.
Philip Strickland SC has practiced as a barrister since 1991 and took silk in 2005. He practices in a range of areas including administrative law, appeals, common law, criminal law and professional disciplinary matters.
