RAC & Home Care – Staff Management, Afternoon Stream: 2.00pm-5.15pm: implementing best practice notetaking and record keeping to effectively respond to audits, investigations and complaints; dealing with ‘toxic’ staff behaviour and understanding when the lower level issues can be used for lawful disciplinary action; and staff with mental health issues.
