School Law NSW Both Morning & Afternoon – Repeat Seminar

This is a repeat of the School Law event of 8 September 2016 – with some limited program changes. Topics include: dealing with bullying and harassment claims made during the performance management process; effectively managing staff who claim mental health issues and determining reasonable adjustments; managing inappropriate teacher conduct outside the school’s gates; dealing with difficult parents – from unreasonable to litigious and threatening; dealing with family law and apprehended violence orders – learnings from school experiences; managing students with mental health issues and lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex students. View Program
